Export Log Overview
The export log allows you to export the activity log of a single account all the way up to the activity logs of your entire agency.
Contact Lists Overview
Contact lists allow you to create and maintain a list of contacts within your CallTrackingMetrics account. Use them to quickly add recipients for bulk text messaging and automatically update using triggers.
Blocked Numbers
From time to time, you may receive calls on your tracking numbers from solicitors or spam callers that you want to block.
Do Not Call/Text List
The Do Not Call and Do Not Text lists prevent anyone on your CallTrackingMetrics account from calling or sending text messages to numbers that have been added to those lists.
