Using Presets

System and Agency presets will be listed under the preset drop-down menu located in the General section of an object’s configuration. Presets can be used as a starting point or as a fully-built solution.

Using Presets

Keep in mind that some presets will need additional work to complete the setup or configured on the other end. For example, the Google My Business Tracking Source preset requires that the user adds UTM parameters to the website link in their Google My Business account. 

I can’t say this enough, it is critical that you test everything to ensure it’s working the way your envisioned it.

Creating a Preset

Agency Admins have the ability to save an object as a preset to be used across the entire agency and by all admins. This is a great time-saving tool for agencies that have similar builds in each sub-account.
