Creating Waiting Message

Here’s an example of a waiting message.  Using our speech-to-text technology, you can use your microphone to record your own messages or upload a recorded file. In this example, the system will read the text at the set cadence. You can use the carrots on the left-hand side to rearrange the order of the messages.

Accents and Voice Artist

If you do choose to use our speech-to-text tool, we have some fancy options for you! You can choose an accent you prefer and select a voice artist for that accent.

This is a fun way to keep on-brand while adding a unique touch to your automated messages. For Cocoa Loco we use an English/ Spanish accent and a blend of English and Spanish words.
