Agency Presets

It’s a best practice to create a sub-account in the agency for the presets templates and name the sub-account PRESETS. This makes it easy to locate the presets in case you need to change or modify them in the future.

When you update a preset object, it will NOT update all of the sub-accounts where the preset is being used.

Parent Account Settings

You can assign a call setting preset for all new accounts in the agency through “Behaviors,” located under the Parent account settings.
